Florence Griffith Joyner, nicknamed FloJo, has held the womens world record at 100 meters since July 16, 1988. That day she clocked a time of 10.49 seconds officially making her the owner of the fastest set of pins on earth!

P/S: ini sekadar suka2 je..hehehe bkn ape bleh jadikan koleksi...Bila 10 tahun akan datang bleh tgk balik n tnjuk kat anak2.."nie la mummy..nak jd model xboleh sbb xbape cukup ketinggian n xcukup kuruih..so jadi la model dady ang ja la..hehehe"

saya nak gigi kuat macam harimau !!!

Entri kali nie kita bercerita pasal GIGI la yer..kerana gigi sgt penting untuk kesihatan dan kecantikan kita..Untuk yg dewasa, tiada lagi pertumbuhan gigi akan berlaku..kecuali gigi bongsu (geraham)..tetapi kanak2..pertumbuhan gigi amat penting..di sebabkan itu lah kite harus menjaga gigi sejak dari kecil lg..

Btl ker gigi harimau kuat..(hehehe)

Mari kita mengimbau kenangan semasa kita kecil dulu..Mase kita tahun 1 atau tahun 2.. ade satu masa tue mesti cikgu pesan bawak cawan dan berus gigi..Kita dengan semangatnya suruh mak belikan berus gigi baru..semangat nak bawak pegi sekolah...hehehe..

Kemudian datang nurse mengajar cara2 mengosok gigi yg betul..mesti dia bawak gigi plastik yg besar nie la..hahaha ingat x??

Pastu kita pn duduk tepi longkang, sambil menggosok gigi mengikut cara yang di ajar..hehehehe macam kanak2 nie la..ala comel sgt, bila ingat kenangan tue...

Namun apa yang saya nak kongsikan kali nie bukanlah kenangan yang comel tue..tetapi mengenai penjagaan gigi untuk kanak2..Hal ini kerana, baru2 nie saya berpeluang melihat pembedahan gigi kanak2..seorang kanak2 yang berumur 4tahun memiliki gigi rosak yg teruk lebih di kenali 'caries' (gigi rongak)..caries sebenarnya sangat bahaya kepada kanak2..ia boleh menyebabkan jangkitan kuman..Jangan memandang remeh perkara ini..

Oleh di sebabkan itu lah bapak kepada kanak2 nie decide tuk mencabut semua gigi rosak anaknya...Rasa kasihan melihat kanak2 yg baru berumur 4 tahun menjalankan pembedahan..namun apa bleh buat..nie semua untuk kebaikkan nya..terdetik di hati saya 'bila ada anak nnt aku akan jage gigi anak saya'..

Jauhi lah anak2 anda daripada makan manis seperti ini..Makanan seperti ini lah yang menjadi agent untuk merosakkkan gigi anak anda..

Jagalah kesihatan gigi kita dan anak2 dengan baik...Kata orang sakit gigi adalah penyakit yang kedua  yang amat sakit selepas bersalin..jadi jagalah gigi anda...

Bila gigi cantik..senyuman pn menarik...hahaha

1- Penjagaan gigi itu penting..

2- Gigi cantik, senyuman menarik...

3- Jauhi lah makanan manis dari anak2 anda..
